Right of Withdrawal.
Under Swedish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving any reason. This right applies to all subscription plans and services purchased through our platform.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire access to the service, or in the case of services, 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.
How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

Refund Processing.
We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Refund Method
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Service Usage During Withdrawal Period.
During the withdrawal period, you may use our services as normal. Please note:
- •You will have full access to all features of your subscription plan
- •Any content you create or data you upload will remain accessible until the withdrawal is processed
- •We recommend backing up any important data before exercising your withdrawal right
Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- •Services that have been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with your prior express consent
- •Services where the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled
- •Digital content where performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment
Subscription Cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- •Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- •No further charges will be made to your account
- •You will continue to have access to all features until the end of your billing period
- •No refunds will be provided for partial months of service
Affiliate Commission Refunds.
In the event that a customer who was referred by an affiliate receives a refund for their subscription, the corresponding affiliate commission may be reversed or adjusted:
- •Commission reversals for refunded subscriptions within the refund period
- •Adjustment of future commission payments to account for reversed commissions
- •Deduction of reversed commissions from future affiliate payouts
- •Notification to affiliates of any commission adjustments
Affiliates will be notified of any commission reversals or adjustments via email within 5 business days of the customer refund being processed.
Special Circumstances.
We may consider refunds in special circumstances, such as:
- •Technical issues that prevent you from using our services for an extended period
- •Service outages that significantly impact your ability to use our platform
- •Billing errors or duplicate charges
- •Unauthorized charges to your account
Governing Law.
This refund policy is governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved in accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws and regulations.
Important Notice.
This policy is designed to comply with Swedish consumer protection laws, including the Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen) and the Consumer Services Act (Konsumenttjänstlagen). Your rights under Swedish law are not affected by this policy.
